Warranty and Returns Policy
- Are your products covered by warranty?
We only deal with quality manufacturers and we aim to sell great products with warranty support where possible. Most items come with manufacturer-backed warranty support. Warranty is valid within Australia only.
- Who should I contact for a warranty claim?
You contact us directly for a warranty claim and we will liase on your behalf with the supplier. Please be aware if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorised repairer you will void any manufacturer's warranty.
- Is the warranty transferable?
No, if the warranty is offered this is non transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.
- What is your Returns Policy?
We will replace most items if they are found to be broken or have a manufacturer's fault within 14 days from the date of dispatch. You are also entitled to receive a refund if the item is significantly different than the description, or broken. Warranty items must be returned back to us within 7 days in their original state. If we send you the wrong item, we will pay for postage back to us and the return postage to you.
- What is your Returns Policy after 14 days?
If an item needs to be returned after the 14 day period return postage will be at the buyer's expense.
- What is your Refunds Policy?
If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued by direct deposit. No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds are offered after 14 days.
- What if I want a different size / colour / model?
There is no problem with swapping an item for a different colour, size or model as long as you pay the postage, the item is in it's original state and you return the item within 7 days of receipt.
- Is warranty extended if an item is replaced ?
The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.
- How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
Your tax invoice will act as your proof or purchase.
